The Phoenix Community is an environment of collaborative peer-to-peer mentorship, problem-solving, idea generation, and growth strategies through the wisdom of crowds and collective intelligence. So where did it all begin?

In 2020, the Phoenix Board was created to help Edmonton business owners navigate the effects of the pandemic on companies and people. A forum was established where owners could freely share their questions, concerns, struggles, and victories to help others learn from their experiences.

The Phoenix Board was so valuable that we expanded it into in-person Roundtable events beginning in September 2022. In this new format, we could welcome more business owners and offer a bigger variety of perspectives and insights to attendees.

Like a real phoenix rising from it’s ashes, we’ve continued to adapt and evolve the Phoenix experience as our community has grown.
